Like the Strike Squad box, the "Terminator" box and the "Paladin" box are identical even though they have different listings on the GW website the product and sprues are the exact same. The Apothecary comes with a special head and an arm with some surgical-looking tools, and the Brother Captain/Grand Master is the same as the Brotherhood Champion for the PAGKs : just give him all the fancy stuff after his wargear is correct. The Ancient has the banner and whichever weapons you want. This also means they make the Ancient, Apothecary, Brother Captain, and Grand Master. This includes the normal Terminator Squad and the Paladin Squads. Grey Knight Terminator Box - This box makes all Terminator Armored Grey Knights ( TAGKs).
